What does the client get?


A Management system for companies that want to adhere to for example ISO 9001 standard.  The level of implementation dependents on the speed and level of your client so they don`t have to be ISO 9001 certified to use the software.

Level 2: Start with their company documents and exams.

Level 3: Implement Recurring Buckets to allocate frequent tasks automatically.  For example: cleaning the toilets, training employees,

 

Level 4: Quality.  Ask the managers what problems they have and based on that you compile questions that needs to be asked before a bucket is passed on.  When the employee answers it wrong an alert is sent out.

 

Level 5: Complaints and Compliments.  A bucket is created for each complaint or compliment and root cause analysis done to determine the real problem.  The flow of investigation, approval and completion is done with the bucket system.

 

Level 6: Internal Audits.  This is testing how the system works and where one can optimise.  The coach can perform a Gap Analysis.

 

Level 7: Management review.  Managers are trained to look at risks in their organisation and strategy couching will come in handy.
